Play more than one role and system, and understand the game like a coach.
The season
May to October, with a two-week mid-season break and a four-week recovery break at the end of the year.
Conference: Western Conference (U17 Girls West)
Halfway reseeding: The season starts with conference play in the West from May to July. At the mid-season break the tables reset: the top five from the West and the top five from the East form the 10-team Premier conference, and every other team plays in Trillium from August to early October. Points start again from zero. Premier decides the OPDL champion; its top teams go to playoffs and the Gary Miller Charity Shield final, while Trillium crowns its own winner.

Andrew Loague
I love coaching the last step before the next level, when the stakes get real and players start asking what soccer will mean in their lives. We build habits that hold up against men, so when that question comes, they answer it with confidence.
