Whitecaps London enforces a strict Zero Tolerance Policy—no abuse, intimidation, or harassment toward anyone. Respect and safety come first, always.
Whitecaps London is committed to providing a safe, positive, and respectful soccer environment for all participants. The club upholds a strict Zero Tolerance Policy to ensure that players, coaches, officials, parents, and spectators can enjoy the game free from abuse, intimidation, or harassment of any kind.
This policy applies to all individuals involved in Whitecaps London programs, including coaches, team officials, parents, grandparents, guardians, players, spectators, volunteers, and staff members. Abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior—whether verbal, physical, or written—toward referees, players, coaches, team officials, spectators, staff, or directors will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Any individual found by the club to have engaged in abusive conduct will receive a formal written reprimand and may be required to complete education or behavioural intervention as deemed appropriate. A second offense within the same season will result in the individual being restricted from all club activities, including attendance at training sessions, games, or any soccer-related events organized or sanctioned by Whitecaps London.
n severe or repeated cases, the club reserves the right to impose longer suspensions or permanent bans to protect the welfare of its members and uphold community standards. Reinstatement after a suspension may only be considered in extraordinary circumstances and will require a formal review hearing by the club’s disciplinary committee.
Whitecaps London stands firmly behind this policy as part of its broader commitment to respect, sportsmanship, and the well-being of every participant. Coaches, players, and families are expected to model positive behavior at all times, creating an environment that reflects the true spirit of the game.
